1. Payment: Payments are due at the time of booking and must clear within 48 hours of scheduled delivery. Exceptions can be made to last-minute and rush orders. Venmo, Zelle, Cash, & Checks are ONLY accepted at this time.   

2. Cancellations & Refunds: If you need to cancel your Say YAY!! Lawn Sign delivery within 48 hours of the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours, we have the right to refund only half of your reservation but are happy to reschedule without penalty for a later date, pending availability. Any cancellations on the day of will receive no refund. If a Homeowner or any Recipient of Say YAY!! Lawn Signs request the removal of any of our products or displays; refunds will not be provided.  

3. Weather Conditions: We have the right to refuse or delay delivery due to weather conditions. If the weather does not permit delivery and setup, we will offer a full refund or reschedule for another date. Lightening, Thunder Storms, Heavy Rain, and Santa Ana Winds are some examples that can cause a cancellation or delay.  

4. Liability: The Stakes are very dangerous and can cause serious injury; PLEASE,  we ask that children and adults not play or run near the display. Once the display is on your property, the homeowner is liable for any and all injuries  Liability: The person that orders the Say YAY!! Lawn Signs is responsible for our product. Moving the yard card after set up, causing damage, throwing away, or tampering with a sign will make you responsible for paying the full replacement value. This includes each individual letter, number, character, or stake. Homeowners should be notified ahead of time of our delivery and asked to turn off sprinklers and postpone any landscaping or gardening services for the duration of the rental. Please do not allow animals or children to climb on, lean on, or play with any all. Say YAY!! Lawn Signs products.  All signs remain the property of Say YAY!! Lawn Signs. Any damage, destruction, or tampering with the Say YAY!! Lawn Signs is prohibited.  Signs should not be moved without consent from the local franchise owner. You are responsible for the replacement of the graphic, letter, or stake at full replacement value. Full payment for any signs that are damaged will be enforced.  Say YAY!! Lawn Signs is not responsible for any tripping, falling, and or damages that may occur to persons, pets, and or property.   

 5. Ground Condition: If your lawn does not receive water on a regular basis, we do ask that you please water the lawn for 3-5 consecutive days prior to installation.   The Display is water and sun proof, but please turn off sprinklers during the duration of the display also please cancel or reschedule the gardener while the display is up  

 6. Delivery: We will deliver your sign either the morning of your event/occasion or the evening prior. Scheduled times can be requested and discussed when you place your order.  

7. Rush Orders: Last minute orders are welcomed however an additional fee will be applied and based on availability of inventory.  

 8. The Right to Refuse: Say YAY!! Lawn Signs encourages creativity and personal expression however we have the right to refuse phrases that may be political, racist, offensive in nature or non-celebratory.
